Beckham Studio provides AI-powered automation systems designed to help home service businesses capture, qualify, and respond to leads. Services may include AI phone agents, website form responses, booking calendar integration, advertising campaign management, and reporting dashboards. Specific features and deliverables are set out in the order, statement of work, or subscription agreement signed with each client.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
4. Booking and Payments
Booking a call through our scheduling widget does not create a binding service agreement. Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are set out in the client agreement or invoice accepted before work begins. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Beckham Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beckham Studio and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of the Site or Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site or Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Specific client subscription termination terms are governed by the client agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
